New size 160 cm³/rev and performance increased for PVPC-PES/PERS

New size 160 cm³/rev is now available for PVPC-PES and PVPC-PERS variable displacement axial piston pumps, with Pmax 315bar / Ppeak 390bar!

All sizes of PVPC-PE*S with p/Q proportional controls have been upgraded with DLHZO as pilot valve, which is a servoproportionals in sleeve execution, resulting:

• Smoother pump control
• Faster flow control in step response
• Improved pressure control stability
• Higher repeatability

What's more, the /V option has been introduced also for PVPC-PE*S: a rubber damping plate between the pump and the on-board digital driver which reduces mechanical stress on electronic components and provides unmatched reliability even in extreme applications.

Why axial piston pumps with proportional p/Q control?
These pumps are managed by two reference signals – pressure & flow – which are sent directly from the PLC. They automatically adjust the displacement according to the hydraulic cycle conditions to follow either the pressure or the flow demand. This smart regulation system provides energy savings, a faster response time, and improved overall machine performance.
