We are glad to present our new smart tool,
aimed to simplify the Atos component selection:
Accessible directly from Atos website via browser without installing any software, the configurator leads users through to the definition of desired model code, selecting step by step the component characteristics and options.
The configurator guarantees free access to technical documentation and 3D view of the selected components, while MyAtos registered users can export 3D models and access customized contents, as previously on our SWK configuration software for PC.
This first release includes Proportional valves, Axis & P / Q controls, On-off valves and Pumps, while Cylinders and additional functionalities will be introduced by the year end.

| CCC Ex certification for proportionals with on-board electronics | ||
TÜV Italia, the Italian subsidiary of TÜV SÜD, has recently assigned to Atos the CCC Ex certificate for ex-proof proportional valves with on-board driver, including the executions with on-board axis card. Chinese CCC Ex certificate is the equivalent of the European ATEX standard, mandatory to export in China ex-proof hydraulic components for installations in hazardous environments. This new certificate is in addition to the ones already received for on-off ex-proof valves, on-off stainless steel valves, proportional ex-proof valves without driver. Remaining CCC Ex certificates for Atos ex-proof proportional cartridges and intrinsically safe range are in progress and they will be progressively released in the next months. |

The innovative functionality Smart tuning is now available also for pilot operated LIQZO/LIQZP cartridges with on-board electronics! | DHL & DHE solenoid valves replace DHI | ||
DHI solenoid valves, currently in phase-out status, from 2022 will be replaced by the DHL & DHE valves. DHL range covers options for manual override WP, auxiliary hand levers MV/MO and Deutsch connectors XK. While safety executions FI/FV, special seals BT/EP, cURus solenoids and connectors XJ/XS are available in the DHE range. Consult our technical tables for additional information:
