The pre-series production of IO-Link proportional directional, flow and high performance pressure valves and pressure valves, starts in June for both direct and pilot operated valves! They complete the proportional IO-Link valve range by joining servoproportional & high performance directionals high performance directionals already available from January 2022.
The IO-Link overcomes the limits of analog connections in hydraulics by using a point-to-point communication through a single unshielded moulded cable for valve power supply and digital communication with the machine central unit. A smart technology that reduces commissioning time, simplifies diagnostics and meets Industry 4.0 requirements simultaneously.

| Mega-Flow cartridges pre-series kicks off | ||
New Mega-Flow two-way servocartridges increase the flow rate by more than 50%, allowing to select a cartridge of 1 size smaller, for the same application. Specifically designed to precisely control small flows during the low-speed phase and achieve maximum acceleration with maximum control stability during the high-speed phase, new LIQZH servocartridges offer response times 30÷40% faster than standard LIQZP 2-way cartridges, characteristic particularly appreciated in die casting or fast forging presses. Mega-Flow cartridges LIQZH series 30 will be available for pre-series in sizes 50÷100 from July, while series production will start in Q4/2024. Don’t hesitate to contact us to book your samples! |

| New PVPC pumps 160 cm³/rev | ||
PVPC pumps with mechanical controls have been enriched by new top size displacement 160 cm³/rev with continuous working pressure of 280 bar and peak pressure of 350 bar.
