Atos Group participation to Montorso Foundry Project

After leading its development for over a decade, bringing it to become a leader in high-end components for automotive, hydraulic and precision mechanical applications, Atos has decided to sell Perucchini to Fonderie di Montorso, participating with a 25% share to the merger project in the sector of melting and machining technologies launched by the Fondo Italiano Consolidamento e Crescita, the main shareholder of Montorso.
